Positive screens will be reflexed to specific testing for the following antigens: Jo-1 Ab, RNP Ab, Scl-70 Ab, Smith Ab, SS-A Ab, and SS-B/La Ab. Further testing for dsDNA, Cetromere, or Ribosomal P antibodies is suggested in patient with a positive screen and negative specific antibodies.
