Panel includes: Cholesterol Total, Triglycerides, LDL Cholesterol (calculated), non-HDL Cholesterol (calculated) and HDL Cholesterol.

Testing Algorithm: If the triglyceride value is >400 mg/dL, the LDL calculation is invalid and a Direct LDL will be ordered and performed at reference lab.

Collection Volume:	2.0 mL (minimum 1.0 mL)
Patient Preparation:	fasting for > 8 hours is recommended but not required
Sample Rejection	Mislabeled or unlabeled specimens.
Special Instructions:	Send to lab promptly.
